We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our team at Home Instead. Our mission is to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families by providing the highest level of care and support. We need someone who is curious about understanding people’s pain points, enthusiastic about gathering the valuable information to understand those issues, and diligent about following up on concerns.

In this role, you will:

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with community referral providers as well as clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.

· Coordinate client onboarding and communicate with essential key stakeholders throughout process.

· Actively follow up with community referral providers

· Educate health care professionals, clients and families about home care services.

· Collaborate with our team to continuously improve the care and services we provide.

We need someone who is:

· Super organized and capable of managing multiple tasks and schedules efficiently.

· Compassionate and empathetic, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of aging adults.

· A great communicator, able to build strong relationships and gather essential information

In a nutshell – we need someone who will build and maintain relationships, take an active interest in understanding the needs of others, and be proactive about finding solutions to address those needs – all with the goal to make the world a better place for aging adults and their families!
