At Home Instead, our mission is to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families by providing the highest level of care and support. We are currently looking for TWO part-time Registered Nurses to join our team.

Position 1: Part-Time Registered Nurse – Personal Care Trainer

We need someone who is passionate about training Care Professionals of various experience levels to provide top-level non-medical care for seniors in their homes.

In this role, you will:

· Conduct training for Personal Care Caregivers, to include hands-on, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care.

· Provide ongoing support and mentorship to Care Professionals.

· Collaborate with our team to continuously improve training when needed.

We need someone who is:

· Enthusiastic about teaching and mentoring others.

· Experienced in training and development, with a keen eye for quality.

· Compassionate and empathetic, understanding the importance of providing quality care to seniors.

· A great communicator, able to effectively convey information and foster a supportive learning environment.

Position 2: Part-Time Registered Nurse – In-Home Care Assessor

We need someone who loves to meet with seniors and their families to conduct in-home care assessments and oversee their changing care needs.

In this role, you will:

· Conduct thorough in-home assessments and re-assessments to understand clients' needs and create customized care plans.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly.

· Monitor and oversee the changing care needs of clients, adjusting care plans as necessary to ensure their well-being.

· Collaborate with our team to provide the highest level of care and support.

We need someone who is:

· Super organized and efficient at managing multiple tasks and time management.

· Experienced in conducting assessments and creating care plans.

· Compassionate, demonstrates empathy and has a genuine desire to make a positive impact and enhance the quality of life for our aging adults.

Requirements for Both Roles:

· Current Virginia nursing license.

· At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

· Strong communication and organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

In a nutshell – we need two dedicated Registered Nurses who will help us build and maintain relationships, understands the needs of our clients and Care Professionals, and be proactive in providing top-level care and support.
