At Home Instead, our mission is to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families by providing the highest level of care and support. We are currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Professional Caregiver to join our team.

In this role, you will:

• Provide top-level non-medical care for seniors, helping them live safely and independently in their homes.
• Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and concerns are consistently met.
• Assist with their personal care needs including bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Assist with their daily activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and transportation
• Offer companionship and emotional support, including for seniors with Alzheimer's and dementia 

We need someone who is:

• Passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of seniors and their families.
• Committed to being a regular and reliable presence in our clients' lives, building long-term relationships based on trust and care.
• Eager to grow their profession as a caregiver, continuously improving their skills and knowledge.
• Compassionate and empathetic, with a genuine desire to enhance the quality of life for aging adults.
• Looking to put the CARE in their CAREER - not "just a job!"

• Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive paid training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license and car insurance
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Be at least 21 years old

In a nutshell – we need someone who will provide exceptional care, build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, and be a proactive member of our team, all with the goal to make the world a better place for aging adults and their families.
